Missing everyone...We are so sorry we can't be together just now.
We are all at home keeping in touch and meeting online when we can. Feel free to ping us a message if you want to talk. Here is a great verse from Psalm 91 to cheer us all up: "I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’ Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge" |

Verse of the Month
So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord! (Romans 7:21-25 NIV).
“This was the passage that finally persuaded me to be baptised. Why - because before I read this passage I thought I would never be good enough to be in the Kingdom of God due to my worldly nature. This passage made me realise that even the Apostle Paul seriously wrestled with these problems, however through our Lord Jesus we can be saved. It showed me that being aware of our imperfections, continuing to wrestle with our conscience and being repentant is the way to be rescued through baptism. People are sinful and this is why belief and baptism into the saving name our Lord Jesus is the necessary answer. Thanks be to God for our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.” (Paul)
